Welcome to The Urban Evolution Blog page. This is our very first post. We are committed to telling Trenton, New Jersey’s true story. We hear so many negative stories about this city, especially from some of the media outlets. But who is telling the other stories? The positive stories, the stories about the hard working, law abiding citizens that make up the majority of the citizens in Trenton, NJ. The Urban Evolution is doing just that. We are not just starting a Television show; we are starting a movement to change the perception of Trenton, NJ from the inside out. We are also going to market the show to the Trenton youth because if you grow up believing you live in a bad city, a negative city, a city with little hope then we cannot be surprised if these children grow up to believe these falsehoods and begin to question their own abilities and inner goodness because they come from such a bad place. Bad fruit grows from bad soil. We at The Urban Evolution are determined to help the youth in Trenton, NJ and in the future other urban area’s with negative image problems see the true beauty their cities possess. We will let the other media outlets sell destruction, which we all know does not help anyone. We are going to uncover hidden treasures that most city residents do not even know exist. Once again, we are not just a TV show, we are a movement, we will no longer let outsiders paint a picture of our city, we will paint our own picture, that’s why The Urban Evolution is taking back our city one television at a time.
